Join the ZNT Arts Team: Community Arts Associate

ZNT Arts is an interactive arts organization looking for vibrant, dynamic, and reliable individuals ages 16+ to join our team for community events, vendor pop-ups, festivals, open studios, and more throughout the Greater Boston area.

As a Community Arts Associate, your role may include sales and brand representation, body art services, or a combination of both, depending on your skills, interests, and the needs of each event.

Do you love art, creativity, community, and connecting with people? Are you comfortable creating welcoming experiences for children, families, and adults? This might be for you!

Responsibilities may include:

  • Greet and engage customers and community members warmly

  • Represent the ZNT Arts brand and share information about our artwork, products, and services

  • Sell fine art, journals, greeting cards, accessories, home décor, and other ZNT Arts products

  • Process customer purchases using Square and other approved payment methods

  • Handle merchandise and assist with packaging customer purchases

  • Arrange and maintain an inviting vendor display

  • Provide body art services such as face painting, glitter tattoos, Glitter Bar services, and/or balloon twisting based on experience and training

  • Maintain clean and organized materials and work areas

  • Assist with setup and breakdown of vendor tables, tents, body art stations, and event materials

  • Stand and/or sit for extended periods in indoor and outdoor event spaces

  • Interact professionally and positively with children, families, adults, event organizers, and fellow ZNT Arts team members

Schedule & Compensation

This is a per diem/part-time opportunity with primarily weekend and evening hours based on ZNT Arts' event schedule.

Compensation varies based on the event, role, experience, and skill level, with opportunities to earn sales bonuses at select vendor events.

A W-9 is required, and payments are made via direct deposit.
